Medical Publication Tracking- what is best template to start?

Hello,

Any insight to the best Template or Template Sets to use to initiate:

--basic tracking for medical publications (ie, manuscript development; congress abstracts & posters & presentations)

--with "at risk" elements; or Red, Yellow, Green notifications
