Sheet Reminders not working

Good afternoon, 

I use the Row Reminders religiously and since last week this function has been hit or miss.  I created several row reminders for various sheets on June 11th to come to my Outlook inbox June 14th.  All reminders created are still sitting in Smartsheet.  I've voiced this issue to support earlier this week and have completed all requested "fixes" without desired results.

Please advise.

The behavior you're experiencing is currently being investigated by our Development team. Although I don't have an estimated time frame of when this will be resolved, I'd be happy to provide an update as soon as possible.
