I unable to enter the application, it keeps saying "smartsheet is loading ..." The problem started for me about an hour ago.

We did not have any issues that I know of yesterday - if you are still having trouble loading Smartsheet, please send an email to EST@Smartsheet.com, they will be able to help you out.
