% Complete

I created a bar chart in a widget on one of my dashboards, using % complete. The vertical axis lists values over 100%. How do I change this value? I don't like that it appears there is more work to be done, when the project phase reaches 100%.

Any help or suggestions are welcome!

Is it possible to edit an email list in an automated monthly report?
