Sharing my pre-defined filters with my colleagues

Hello community,

I have a set of pre-defined filters for a smartsheet I own.

I would like the people who share this smartsheet to be able to use those pre-defined filters.

When I look at the smartsheet on their computer, they cannot use those pre-defined filters.

Any clue ?

Which Smartsheet plan do you have?

Found this: Only Business, Enterprise, and Premier accounts can share a filter to other collaborators.

Yes I have individual license.

Smartsheet and its limitations ...

Ok.

I understand the frustration, but as for any SAAS, there has to be limitations/differences between the different plans.

A workaround could be to use reports instead of filters (if you need not share over five because five is included in the Individual plan)

Would that work/help?
