Hello - I am a PM for a large org and need to request updates. How do I create groups? Sometimes I have 40 plus team members. My question is - I am not a group admin - Can I create groups to help streamline my updating process? Thanks in advance!

I have a Pro plan but I cannot create ANY reports. The system does not allow me to choose a folder, and consequently a sheet to create a row report and suggests an upgrade to Business or Enterprise.
