Smartsheet Shifts up when

I will be working on a form in Smartsheet and all of a sudden the whole sheet will shift up. As a result, I can't see anything above the first row by scrolling up. (see attached) This has happened multiple times and the only way to fix it is to refresh the page. Any ideas on what could be causing this?

Note: I am scrolled down to row 13 in the picture but it looks the same as if I was on row 1
