Red, Yellow, Green

Formulas are not my thing. Can someone help me with a formula to display the following:

If % complete column is 100% turn the ball green in the status column

If % complete column is less then 100% but greater then 80 turn the ball yellow in the status column

If % complete column is less then 80% turn the ball red in the status column

Thank you for your help

quest is less than 70% complete, turn the Status column "Red" If a request is 70% or above and less than 100% complete, turn the Status column "Yellow" If a request is 100% complete, turn the Status column "Green"

The first one would be

=IF([% Complete]@row = 1, "Green", IF([% Request]@row >= .8, "Yellow", "Red"))

The second one would be the same except changing .8 to .7
