keeping multiple assigned people in selected order
Hello there
Is it possible to assign multiple persons in a cell, but in the order of my choosing?
as of now, it orders them alphabetically, but this does not help much, as it cannot provide clarity over the aspect of who initiates the task, who is second, third...
Having separate columns is not a good solution, especially in smartsheets that are more complex, as it makes it difficult to navigate.
Thanks.

Hi Dan,
Unfortunately, it's not possible at the moment, but it's a great idea!
Please submit an Enhancement Request when you have a moment.
Have a fantastic week!

I know you said that having separate columns isn't a good solution, but...
What if it was just ONE additional column?
I have had to do this as well, so I use a Lead column and an Assist column. The lead column is single entry only, and the Assist column is where I put everyone else.
Come see me in Seattle at ENGAGE 2024! I will be at the 10xViz partner booth throughout as well as the "Lets Talk About Community" Meet & Eat table on Tuesday from 11:45am - 12:45pm!

Hello. We have Smartsheet integrated with Service Now, and I've received this same support request internally within my organization. Has this become a feature or is it still not possible to stop forced alphabetical sorting of the assigned to column?
Thanks for your time.
