How about a new concept where users can receive a score/achievement/badge based on their use of Smartsheet over a day/week/month. The score could be a combination of activities like creating sheets, updating sheets, contributing to discussions, generating reports and sights. For example you could score points when a project or task is delivered on time, plus just general best practice use of Smartsheet etch etch
