I am having issues trying to figure out how to set monthly meetings (1 day duration) through a program utilising the same Row. So when you scroll along the same Row it shows a 1 day block every 4 weeks.

Do you want to show those meetings on the Calendar View or how do you want to use it?
Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help.

I agree with Andree. Screenshots and use case would be very helpful.
If you are wanting to display this in Calendar or Gantt view, you will need to have a separate row for each date.
