I am trying to use a vacation schedule to show all employee vacations, however it won't factor in the 'bank holidays' during the year. For example one employee has taken 5 days vacation (Fri 27th August to Wednesday 2nd September) but Monday 31st August is a UK bank holiday. Although I can put in our non working days on the gannt view it won't count them as non working days in the vacation schedule so will still count it as a vacation day. The actual vacation he will be taking is 4 but it is still counting as 5 as it doesn't recognise the bank holiday in between........Does anyone know of a way to get around this please?
