Reusing templates with different dates?

So I have a template that will be used for every project with each task having a set duration, task name, assignee, etc that will not change. I haven't been able to find anything on how to reuse all the information in the template while having the ability to shift the start date of the project which subsequently will adjust all of the dates of the project. I don't believe I can set up any sort of dependency since I already use them in my template.

 

In short, I want to keep all the data except for the date and have Smartsheets automatically adjust the dates based on the start date I set for the new project.
