When using Outlook add-in to link an Outlook message to a Smartsheet row - the Outlook "TO:" names are not included. Is this a known issue occurring for others?

The behavior you've described is expected. If you would like, you could submit a Product Enhancement Request to let our Product team know that you'd like to have this functionality within the Smartsheet for Outlook Add-in.
