Access Control - option to share to anyone with link is not available

When I click 'Publish,' the option to share with anyone is greyed out. I'm the owner of the smartsheet and need to make it viewable (in read-only) to anyone with the link. How can I do this?

Also, Full HTML is the only option I'm given - the other two are greyed out.

I suspect you need to adjust your account permissions see graphic, that should do it.

Thank you, Ryan. The graphic is helpful.

Unfortunately I don't have 'feature enablement' as an option under my account settings. It's an enterprise account owned by Cisco, so I'll contact them.
