Dashboard and Metrics

Hello,
I'd recommend creating a report that displays only proposed or active projects, along with any other columns needed to provide context. Once the report is created, use the Report Widget to display the report on your dashboard.
If you'd like to show a high-level overview of the number of proposed or active projects, I'd recommend using the Metric Widget to display the numeric values in your "All PMO Projects - Metrics" sheet.
For more information on the different ways you could display your data on a dashboard, see our help center article here: https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/518558-widget-types-for-smartsheet-dashboards

Hi Frank,
You could also collect everything on a so-called master metrics sheet. That could then feed the dashboard with information.
Would that work?
Have a fantastic day!
Best,
