Grid with hyperlink

Hi have a smartsheet grid that lists a series of reports. One of the columns is a hyperlink to a sample of the actual report. The hyperlink shows up if I open the grid. But when I report on the grid and include the report in a dashboard, the link is not active.

How can I display this list of reports from the grid so the hyperlinks work in the dashboard? In my sample below, clicking on the word link should open the report. I don't want to use shortcuts because I want updates to the grid (new reports, changed descriptions) to update live on my dashboard.

Try publishing the sheet and using that published link in a Web Content widget.
