Why can i CTRL+V to paste , but right click menu paste is grey=disabled

Hi,

 

I'm trying to paste from word into a sheet. I can do it with a short cut, but right click paste option in the menu is grey out?  I would like to paste without shortcuts, is it possible? 

 

Can i drag a web browser adress into smart sheet as a link ?

don't know why.. but help says it just works that way.
