Change Dropdown Items in Form

Is there a way to automatically remove a dropdown option from a form after it has be selected a certain number of times?

I have a registration form and have people selecting a time slot and after that time slot has 6 participants I want that time slot to no longer be available.

This is not possible within smartsheet. And I am uncertain whether a third party solution is available that can do this.

Since forms are run from sheets, I would think there would be a way to do this at the sheet level somehow.  I wish I could give you a better solution, but I'm only 6 months in to smartsheet.

Look into IF functions and a way to make it hide the time slot once a certain number of submissions (rows),

Arez is partially true. Forms populate sheets and can pull dropdown option from the master columns in Sheets but the main purpose of forms is to collect information and the ability to adjust forms based on the sheets is just not baked in as far as I know.

Hi Andree... you can adjust what is available in a form using API? Please share this documentation. That is strange but cool.

Hi Mike,

Not in the form but int the dropdown list. That list would then become available in the form.
