Thanks for responding to this fellow's request. Could I enlist some help too? I'm looking to track about 15 pick-up trucks used by my staff. Each truck has equipment that our staff needs to ensure is present before going out on the job. We are also looking to track damage to the vehicle and identify unreported damage since these are all leased.
Would it be best for me to create separate sheets for each vehicle, or track them all on one sheet?
I need to transfer my discussions, community badges, level, and community profile to a new email address / Smartsheet account, as my previous company has gone out of business and I don't want to lose any of my Smartsheet details, comments, rewards, etc..

I use Smartsheet web version because I typically work with 20-30 tabs open and it makes it easier to use than the app. Since this new update, every day when I open my laptop I am prompted to log in (as usual), but when the sheets load they all open…
I have tried to set them as Edit - can share, Edit - cannot share, and commenter and nothing works, they cannot add data to the sheet. Does anyone have a solution?
