Work days formula

Hi,

Is there any way you can advise of a formula where I can set something up that picks a date in a column and I set a specified number of working days which yields the final date.

So if I have a cell with a date of 10/09/19 and the working days I want to set is 14, what would the formula be like?

I have tried using the workdays formula but it gives me an invalid arguement. Maybe I am not inserting the format of the date correctly? The attached picture shows what I am trying to do. I am looking for a result of 23/09/19. This is 14 days from the specified set date.

Are both columns set as date type columns?

No, it's just the start date column.

The column that the formula is referencing as well as the column that the formula is in both need to be set as date type columns.

I have a follow up question to ask... I have a different 'stats' sheet that I am using for a dashboard. I would like create a formula in the stats sheet to count if assigned to is one of the lead reviewer we have in the 'Assigned To' column and if any of the dates listed in the 'PE First Review Agreed Timescales' is less than today and if 'lead reviewer comment issue date' column is blank.

I inserted a formula in my stats sheet (shown in image 1) but it doesn't pick the right result. If you see image 2, the person named Joanne Thomas has an action where the PE first review date is less than today and lead reviewer comments issue date is blank so shouldn't the formula I have set up in stats sheet be able to count it as 1? Maybe I am getting the formula wrong??

The issue is with your ISBLANK statement. Replace it with this:

ISBLANK(@cell)
