Sheet Summary Formula Commands

Hi,

I am trying to write a formula that counts all the lines with traffic symbols with colors (red, blue, green and yellow), Tried using COUNTIF(OR but didn't work.

Id also like to sort this out by color and checkbox for my dashboard. If this is possible?
