Critical- Need help with reports on iPhones

I have deployed a smartsheet with reports that allow our field staff to know when deliveries are comming. I have two reports, one is today's deliveries the other is the next 5 days. For some reason on some users iphones the two reports come up with "No Rows". Android have no issue, just some iphones. Need to get this resolved quickly. Anybody experienced similar issues? I am losing credibility by the minute.

Hi Bill-- I just manually refreshed all of your reports from our backend. Please try having your users restart the Smartsheet application on their phones and then re-accessing the reports. If this doesn't resolve the issue, email us at Support@Smartsheet.com and we will be happy to assist with further troubleshooting.
