When exporting a sheet that uses status symbols (such as the RYG status balls) to Excel, the symbols/graphics do not convert, only the words. How can I change this on the Excel document?

When I right click the only option I get is to edit and not to change the color settings, and I am looking to change the color!
Hi, I did a backup of all my workspaces before my license expiry and got confirmation mail for the backups. I still have access to Smartsheet, but I don't see the backups done as I would like to download them. Can someone guide me on how to download the backups please?
