When exporting a sheet that uses status symbols (such as the RYG status balls) to Excel, the symbols/graphics do not convert, only the words. How can I change this on the Excel document?

I created a Chart Widget in my dashboard that has a sheet as it's data source. However, one of the rows from the sheet is not showing up in my chart. it is a chart type Stacked Column showing % completion. All other rows show up. I cannot figure out why. Has anyone else ever had this happen?
