VLOOKUP in Contacts Stops Halfway

I've been using the VLOOKUP function to populate contacts that I have saved in a separate sheet as my master contacts table. The names are alphabetical on both my destination and source sheets. When I drag the formula down on my destination sheet, it pulls the contacts but keeps stopping halfway at 'M,' where it says there is NO MATCH.

I'm not sure why this happens because M through Z is no different than A through M. The VLOOKUP I'm using on the destination sheet happens to combine 2 values with JOIN (first and last name) and asks to match that with a full name which is in a single cell on the source sheet. But the source sheet itself has no formulas in the table, just data.

 

Anyone else experience this?

Are you able to provide some screenshots with sensitive/confidential data removed, blocked, or replaced with "dummy data"? Can you provide your exact formulas?

It could be because of this.

There are some known issues at the moment and Smartsheet are working on fixing them.
