Comments to all users that have access to a sheet

Hello community,

is there a way to communicate to all users that have access to a sheet?

I want to make an announcement to all people with access to a sheet via Smartsheet and not by e-mail but it seems that I can't find the right "button" within Smartsheet...

Any idea?

Hi Dietrich,

Yes, but it will send as an email as well (depends on the user's settings).

Under File > Email Shared Users you can send to all shared to the sheet or select the ones that you want.

Would that work?

This works, but is klunky and negates the value of tracking comments. Feature request: an @ mention (e.g., @all) that could serve this purpose in the existing (tracked per row) commenting system.
