Created several forms and last week I was able to preview. I can no longer preview and when I sent the link to a coworker they had the same issue.
Hi,
What do you see?
Can you maybe share some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@getdone.se)
Hope that helps!
Have a fantastic week!

Starting yesterday (24 Sept. 2019) I was having various issues with display of sheets and forms.
The preview function wouldn't load completely.
The blue line around the selected cell was halfway down into the lower cell.
If I unhid columns or added columns that made the sheet wider than my screen, I would have to save and then refresh my browser tab before the bottom scroll bar would appear.
I am just now getting into it this morning. I will be reaching out to support if it continues.

I wonder if there was some update or something that had the infamous "unintended consequences".
To hopefully close the loop on the forms rendering errors, I can confirm there was a bug that was live from 1:30pm - 4:00pm EDT yesterday that was resulting in forms not displaying correctly in Internet Explorer 11. This has since been resolved but sounds likely to be the cause of these forms related issues.
thank you for this info!!!
Excellent!
Thanks, Brian!
Good afternoon! My company works closely with another ambulance service, Company B. Both companies have a Smartsheet Enterprise plan. I have created a workspace that I need members of Company B to edit. Do I need to make them members on my account if they are already members on their account? Or do I just need to add their…
I'm trying to create a graph chart that captures monthly count of records by divisions (Northeast, West and Central) that should be stacked with a legend displaying each by different color like a presented in Excel. When I attempt to duplicate the process in Smartsheet I receive the following results. In Excel, I created…
I have shared sheets and dashboards with people outside of my organization, and one has a paid license. Would I be able to grant admin access to this licensed user to their sheet? Or would the ownership of the space by one organization limit the admin accessibility of someone from outside?
