It probably has to do with the recent change for the free collaborators and unlicensed users.

Hi I am getting a 403 forbidden status when trying to use the endpoint to copy one folder to another. This has worked previously and I can access other endpoints of the API.
We are trying to update all users’ timesheets programmatically, which will involve tens of thousands of records in total.
