I moved rows from one sheet to another...now I can't find the rows...how do I recover that data..thanks

Try scrolling all the way to the bottom right corner.
Moving the row will move it to the first UNUSED row (different from "empty"), and if the columns don't match, it will add the new columns to the right of the sheet.
