Smartsheet is giving me a message saying that I am a free user? I know we pay an annual fee to use Smartsheet, Any ideas

authenticator help
I tried to sign into my Smartsheet portal it asked for an authenticator code. I don’t have one and I can’t find the QR code to authenticator to my own Microsoft authenticator app. Can anyone help me?
