webform rich text editor
Are there plans to allow the webform text entry and Help text to be formatted via a Rich text or HTML editor?
It would make it very helpful to highlight instructions or information for webform users.
We were able to edit the style sheet in the webform Edit Mode and change the text to bold, but it didn't Save in the Preview mode.
thanks,
Tim

Hi Tim - there isn’t a way to format the text in webforms but I will add your vote for this enhancement request and it will be considered for future development.

I would like to second Tim's motion.
Would be helpful if the Webforms and cells within Smartsheet had Rich Text capability.
Thanks for noting this for future development, Travis!

Thanks for the post, Robert. I will add your vote for this functionality!

If we are voting, I will add my vote as well....:) While you can add hyperlinks to the text, it would be nice to edit the text of the hyperlink that appears in the text box. Additionally, when a sheet column is using symbols, have the "symbol" images appear in the webforms instead of text. It makes it difficult to have to explain in every items text to ignore the "zero" Thank you.

Chuck, for your first request are you asking to edit the hyperlink text after the hyperlink has been created? You can do this by right clicking in the cell and selecting Hyperlink then edit the text under Display Text.

I am aware of that......the original discussion was realted to webforms. It would be nice to change the long URL in a webform to a shortname link.

Thanks for clarifying, Chuck - I'll pass your feedback along!

Please add my vote for HTML/CSS style formating for Web Forms.

I'm in for formatting in a webform, as well. It would be valuable to highlight important words or concepts with bold face or italics.

Is there a way to add images to a web form? We doing a feedback form and I would like to include screen shots of what someone should see and then use the web form to confirm yes or no their screen looks like the image. Any ideas?

I'll throw my hat into the ring too and vote for Rich Text and Images inside Web Forms. This would definitely assist with grouping relevant information together and presenting an altogether less monotonous read when longer Web Forms are required.

Please add my vote for HTML/CSS style formating for Web Forms.
I want to say something like please click here to view the form. and add hyperlink to the word "here" .

Add my vote! Any update for this after almost 4 years since the first vote?
