Have automation send individualized emails
We use automations to send emails to a department when it reaches a certain point. They need an individual email sent since they are able to put that into their ticket system and handle each request individually. However, we had a group of emails go at the same time and it sent as one comprehensive email which they cannot use. As a result, I have to right click and send each one individually when this happens. I am pretty sure this is due to multiple row triggers happening within a time frame which I cannot change, so I was curious if there was an option to fix this?
