Card View Feature Request: "+Add Card" link at top of columns

If you have a list of cards in a column is too long to fit on the screen, you need to scroll down to hit the "+Add Card" link at the botton of the column.

It would be great to have quick access to this without needing to go to the end of the list, could a link or button be added at the top?

Yes that would be good, but in the mean time RMB  - choose Insert Above or Insert below.
