I want to alert someone who doesn't have access to the Smartsheet but instead a Dynamic View of the sheet. Is this automation possible?

Hi Marie,
Yes, it is! You'd share the Dynamic View and then you'd use the Automation in the sheet(s) to send an Alert with the link to the Dynamic View.

I've rebuilt my form at least five times and for the life of me cannot figure out why it will not trigger. I've tried to test and run it several times to no avail. Any tips would be very helpful. I was able to successfully trigger once, now nothing at all for a week.
I have an automation that will send a request for an update to a supplier about a complaint. There are fields that the supplier needs to see to understand the issues. But, I would like to be able to lock those down so that the supplier cannot change the information in those fields. Is this possible? Freda
