Webforms with predefined info
Hello,
We had one of our users do this in the past but they have since left the company and I am struggling to figure it out.
We had added some information to the url link to a webform that would fill in a field automatically. I have a webform that our sales team uses to gather client information, instead of creating 15 different webforms with the sales person's name set as the default in a hidden field I would just like to have that in the URL to the webform.
Is this still possible?
Thx

This is possible in Google Sheets. I don't see a way to input valies into the URL in SS to get this result. I think you will need 15 different forms. Given that it is only 15, this might be the easiest route. If you have 100's then you can automate the process and it will save time.

James-- It isn't possible to pre-populate a hidden field differently in one form, but you might consider instead using query strings to create unique URLs that each salesperson can bookmark and use to submit their own forms! Check out this blog I wrote on getting started with query strings, and let me know if you have any questions: https://www.smartsheet.com/blog/query-string-quick-guide
