Notifications exception changes/rows added by sheet owner

Is there a way to setup notifications when there are changes and rows added with the exception of the sheet owner?

Most of the time I am the one making updates to the sheets, so I am having to go through my notifications often and just delete the ones that were added or changed by me to get to the real reminders or changes made by others.

You can change it in the Personal Settings (circle/profile in the upper right corner).
