View previous proofs
Hi,
I am exploring the proofing functionality, and would like to understand if there is a way for the reviewer to be able to access the previous proof so they can check against their requested changes? In many instances, the client will request numerous changes to prices. Only being able to see the new proof would be a challenge if they can't refer back to their changes. Any assistance would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Jennifer

Hi Jennifer,
I'm the product manager for proofing, and we appreciate you trying it out! Right now reviewers cannot see previous versions in the external full page review experience, but they can in the sheet itself where the proof is located.
If you do not want to give your client access to the sheet itself where they can see previous versions, then we are working on a way for reviewers to go back to previous versions on that external full page review experience.
I hope this helps and let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Brian

One other question... will we ever be able to download the proof but will the markings as comments on the PDF?

Hi Lachlan,
That's on the roadmap!

Brian,
Has this issue been addressed/solved? I have the same issue with clients requesting changes on a Proof, and I want to allow them to refer back to those requests when I upload a new Proof. I'd love the option of adding a new version without it having to cancel the old one.
