published reports stop working

I have a published report that stops working and then starts working after a bit. Is there a fix for this?

How to link a value from Summary Sheet back to Intake Sheet
If I need the value from a Summary Sheet, to link it to the Intake sheet, is this how it should look like at the control center?
Report Doesn't Have the Option for Grouping, Sorting or Filtering
