I have a published report that stops working and then starts working after a bit. Is there a fix for this?

Trouble Reaching Smartsheet - errorCode: 63
Hello all - We have a sheet that is refusing to save. Each time we try, we receive the following message. Anyone have any ideas on how to resolve this? Thank you!
HELP!
My screen is stuck with this message, and it won't let me click on "Maybe Later" or "Try It Now."
Does anyone know how to bypass this?
I opened a support ticket, but I can't close this pop-up no matter what I click or what browser I use and I'm wondering if anyone has any insight. I'm LOCKED OUT of my work because of some stupid UI refresh alert. 😓
