Dialing out from SmartSheet/Telephone integration/Automated dialing

I'm a new user and have searched extensively on this topic. I see that this feature was asked for as far back as 2015 but I didn't find a solution.

Does Smartsheet have the capability to dial a phone number from within the sheet?

How would you like to use it? Would it work to check a vox or similar and that would call the number?

Can you parse a summary field from a report into another report?
I have a dashboard series of reports that have the sum of all room populations for the specified spaces in the report summary. Is there a way to capture the summary from these reports? I want to have a text box that displays these sums… I am trying to avoid having to setup yet another helper column to count up these spaces.
