gazzilion emails received!

okay, so not a gazzilion,more like 23, but still 22 emails more than I'd ideally like.

 

I sent a note out via the email function to three groups of people and CC'd myself and in retrun received a CC for every mail sent to every person.

 

Is there a way that I can only get one CC please?

I find this problematic also and you can't add yourself (as a CC workaround).
