Workflow move row not working

I've tried to set up a workflow so that when the status cell is changed to 'signed contract' or 'no longer interested' the row is moved to another sheet.

Proofing is not switched on and I'm not getting any errors but it's not working when I change the status cell. Any suggestions what I've done wrong?

The workflow in your screenshot specifies "No Longer Interested". Try manually changing the status to something different. SAVE. Refresh your browser. Change to "No Longer Interested". SAVE. Refresh browser.

 

The key to this is saving something that is not the trigger. Then switching the trigger "on" and saving again. Refreshing the browser just kind of forces things through a little quicker.

 

If this doesn't work, I would suggest reaching out to support.

How are the changes being made? Cell links will not trigger the workflow.

The cell has 4 drop-down options. I tried changing the drop-down to a different option manually and then to 'signed contract' but nothing happens. I would have thought that would trigger the row to move.
