Hi,
Our organisation was merged into a new organisation, and I'm now trying to add my new email address to be the primary email address now that they finally closed the old email address.
I tried to add my new email address, but it comes back with en error message saying that my new email account is already associated with another Smartsheet account -- which is correct.
Talking to the one that's managing our Smartsheet accounts here, he suggested that I deleted the account first, and then he will add/invite me to our organisation account.
I have now deleted the account successfully, since I can't login using the credentials anymore. But I'm still having the same issues ("email account is already associated with another Smartsheet account") even though I already deleted it.
How do I fix this?
