Hi, I'm new to Smastsheet, I have entered several tasks and sub tasks in my project, but they are not displaying in the Gantt chart. Any ideas?

Have you added dates and set up the Project Settings?
Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@getdone.se)

We are UK based and use the Day/Month Date Format (i.e 09/02/2026 - 9th of Feb 2026) In some, but not all, of the "Send.." rows email, the date format changes to the American version (02/09/2026). Is there any way to stop this happening?
Hello, I have an approval path for update requests. It starts with a form, and it currently isn't being received after being handed off by the PCM. So, starting on page 3, the Area Director isn't receiving the update request. I have myself filled in for most of the steps which will be changed once I get this sorted, but…
Earlier today it looks like several columns of data had the "clear contents" action taken in error. Is there a way to get that back other than using the snapshot feature and manually adding it back to a sheet with conditional formatting etc.? thanks in advance for taking a look1
