Hey emailed support - Now all sorted.

Apparently this is known issue. Here is the workaround they suggested:

Open your sheet and switch to Card View
Save the sheet while in Card View (you may need to switch the “View by” selection in the top right corner in order to save)
Switch back to Grid View and save again
