How much does it cost to get the Smartsheet-Jira integration piece?

My company is looking into the Smartsheet-Jira integration tool. I have been tasked with finding out a pricing structure. I have gone to the website and requested help on four different occasions. However, nobody from Smartsheets has responded to my request. 

 

Does anyone know the price structure for this integration? https://www.smartsheet.com/jira

 

Is it a cost/month/license thing?

 

What is the cost?

I have just purchased Smartsheet and I need the intergration feature back into Jira. We have a cloud version and all the sales blurb makes it sound so easy. Nowhere does it mention an another price and no one has responded. Can someone please help or put information on the site. May need to cancel subscription and look for an alternative product.

Am I missing something? Why do I need a reseller, if I have Smartsheet and Jira and a product exists called Smartsheet for Jira. why is it so complicated to connect the two?

Have used smartsheet for years. Big factor why I used it was the self serve pricing models. Catered to the small person and big companies with all features.  I don't understand why smartsheet adapted to a "speak to a sales rep " approach. Bummer . All I need is also the Jira plugin but I am not an enterprise level client.
