I have a dashboard I saved as a Template - when someone saves as new and uses that template as soon as they edit the widgets the formatting is lost. Is there a way to maintain the dashboard formatting creating in templates?

Would you be able to provide a little more information as to what specific formatting you are referring to (what widget type, what is being edited, etc)? It would be useful to see a screen capture of the dashboard you are using as a template and a screen capture of the new, edited dashboard without the formatting, if possible.

I've rebuilt my form at least five times and for the life of me cannot figure out why it will not trigger. I've tried to test and run it several times to no avail. Any tips would be very helpful. I was able to successfully trigger once, now nothing at all for a week.
I have an automation that will send a request for an update to a supplier about a complaint. There are fields that the supplier needs to see to understand the issues. But, I would like to be able to lock those down so that the supplier cannot change the information in those fields. Is this possible? Freda
