Reporting When a Sheet was Last Updated
As we struggle with user adoption we are trying to find a way to understand who is and who is not updating their sheets within SmartSheet. I have tried a variety of user reports and system reports, but not seeing a lot that can help with this. At the end of the day we are just trying to see that a sheet had an update done to it within a certain time period. I know I can see a report with all sheet lines and use the highlight changes, but that is way to much information when I need it at the admin level (looking at sheets) and not at the task level.

Yes David you can.
In the sheet linked at the bottom, the green cell in the upper right has the date that the seet was last updated.
The row of red cells shows all relevalnt formulas to cut and past into your sheet.
The yellow cells are a mockup of a project sheet. The Modified, Last Update, Convert and "Last time Sheet Modified" columns could be hidden on the users sheet. Your management report could pull in the green cell from every user sheet and you could see the last time every sheet was updated.
