Quotes appears as " in cards in Card View

I have a sheet in card view, when I double click on a card to see its Description, the text in the description has a quote character " and it will appears as the text " (Literally the ampersand, letters quot and then a semicolon) until I click in the field, then it switches back to quotes.  This happens for other special characters as well, please fix, thanks.
