Has anyone used Smartsheet to build an employee sickness tracker?
Can you be more specifc on your requirements?
Do you mean tracking days / hours that an employee was (or will be, if you work with people like that) or do you mean how sick they are?
I'm being fecitious.
I haven't, that was an HR function at my last company and they had not embraced Smartsheet.
If you want them to inform you when they are sick, try a WebForm with a notification to you (once conditional notifications hit, you can probably send to their manager)
If you just want to track them, trhy a simple project type template with start / end dates and add columns for whatever you need to track.
If you are concerned with total hours/days lost - look at the SUMIF and COUNTIF/COUNTIFS functions. Those will be your friend.
